Robert is originally from Sydney, Australia where he was engaged by Freehills as executive legal counsel. For the past 25 years, Robert has been with S&T, acting formultinational clients in Indonesia in a wide variety of significant commercial and humanresources projects. Robert has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects ofemployment law and practice, including employment engagements, transfers,terminations, policies, workforce structuring and employment contract drafting. With a background in common law and developed expertise in the civil law, Robert specialises in providing practical, commercial advice that takes into consideration an understanding of both legal systems and local Indonesian culture.
