María Eduarda Noceti is a partner at Beccar Varela. She focuses on individual and collective labor law. She has extensive experience advising companies on labor law issues related to mergers and acquisitions processes, company integrations, implementation of incentive programs for the retention of key employees, among others. Additionally, María Eduarda has broad experience in advising local and foreign companies on labor law, collective bargaining, labor disputes, and corporate reorganization processes.
