Vuk Drašković is head of Employment, M&A and Corporate & Commercial practice. He has in-depth legal expertise for 20+ years in employment, commercial & corporate and M&A law in Serbia and in Montenegro.He acted as a team leader in some of the biggest M&A transactions in Serbia. Vuk received the highest recognition on the market being the only lawyer in Serbia within the “Hall of fame” in Employment (Top Tier Employment firm for many years), as well as in Corporate Commercial and M&A within The Legal 500 EMEA report, and as a Highly Regarded lawyer for Corporate and M&A and Restructuring in the IFLR 1000. Vuk is also ranked in Chambers Europe and Global Guides.

Vuk Drašković is one of the leaders of the regional legal network SELA (South East Legal Alliance), and he actively participated in forming this network back in 2016. Starting from the initial phase and first steps in establishing the organization, SELA has come a long way and now represents one of the top regional legal networks, thanks to, among others, Vuk and his efforts. He is now an active member of SELA team which gathers the member’s managements.

Vuk Drašković frequently participates in various activities of the Foreign Investors Council where he participates in drafting the relevant sections of the White Book of the Foreign Investors Council, the most prominent annual analysis of the legal framework in Serbia.
