The Cross-Border Employment Compliance series of events, guided by the Enterprise Compliance Working Committee of the China Enterprise Confederation, has concluded with great success. The series brought together nearly 300 participants, including leading legal scholars from China and abroad, relevant government officials, industry association representatives, International Labour Organization officials, top legal experts from over 10 jurisdictions across four continents, and senior executives from multinational enterprises. It established a high-end professional platform integrating academic research, legal practice, corporate implementation, and international multilateral dialogue. The events featured in-depth discussions on core topics such as global labor regulatory trends, industry-specific pain points in overseas workforce deployment, ESG supply chain responsibilities, and the development of international standards systems, culminating in industry-specific consensus at both the twin-city forum and the closed-door seminars.
